Сабин Леви, DMA, FAGO (доктор по композиция и орган, (2004), Канзаски Университет, САЩ) е композитор, органист, карилонер и преподавател. Следвал е музика в България, Израел, Франция и Съединените Щати. Носител е на няколко награди на композиционни и органови конкурси и е издаван като музиколог, композитор, преводач и музикален редактор в България, Израел, Великобритания, Холандия и САЩ. Активен концертен органист, клавесинист и карилонер (България, Израел, Англия, Франция, Германия, Италия, Унгария, Сърбия, САЩ, ) Доцент по музикална теория и орган в Националната Музикална Академия в София, България.


Sabin Levi, DMA, FAGO (Doctor of Composition and Organ, University of Kansas, 2004), is a composer, organist, carillonneur and teacher. Studied music in Bulgaria, Israel, France and the US. Recipient of composition and organ competition awards and grants. Published as a musicologist, composer, music translator and editor in Bulgaria, Israel, UK and US. Active concert organist, harpsichordist and carillonneur (Germany, France, Italy, UK, Hungary, Serbia, Israel and US). Associate Professor of Music Theory and Organ at the National Music Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Sabin Levi was born in 1970 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is of Sephardic (Bulgarian Jewish) heritage. Started studying piano at the age of 5. After graduating the Music High School in Sofia (A specialized music school) he was accepted in the Theory department of Sofia Music Academy, where he studied for one semester, and then immigrated to Israel, where he completed his two B. Mus. degrees (one in organ and one in composition, double major) in the Jerusalem Rubin Academy of Music and Dance. Then he completed his two M. M. degrees (again organ and composition, double major) in 1998 from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, USA. Then he moved to Kansas, where in 2004 he graduated from The University of Kansas (Lawrence) with a double doctorate.
He is an author of four books, numerous articles devoted to organ music, composition, Jewish music and culture in Bulgaria, counterpoint and 20th Century music.
As a commposer, Levi has about 60 compositions, including a full cycle of organ preludes based on Sephardic songs, written using Bachian polyphonic means and his own tonal style and language. Another works include a ballet, several cycles of organ pieces, chamber music, etc.
